Kim has worked in the mortgage lending business for 23 years. During that time he held a variety of positions. Over the years Kim has mastered the art of creating a “stress free” loan process for his clients by:
- Maintaining clear, ongoing and understandable communication with his clients;
- Anticipating questions and answering them before they arise as a source of concern to his clients;
- Simplifying and expediting the underwriting process for underwriters by attending to the details that concern them most.
These strengths, combined with 20+ years of experience during both good and bad lending cycles, have provided Kim with the strategies necessary to bridge the gap between his clients and underwriters, thereby facilitating a smooth, efficient, and stress free mortgage loan process.
When Kim isn’t working he enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys debating about his hometown Chicago Bears next QB.
